Services Provided
Individual & group therapy, psychiatric services. Programs include Assertive Community Treatment Teams (ACTT), short-term crisis beds, outreach for seniors, and specialized support for individuals with concurrent disorders. Reconnect also provides services for youth transitioning to adult care, individuals involved with the justice system, and older adults experiencing complex mental health needs.
