    Crisis Outreach Services for Seniors (COSS) is an on-call mobile crisis service for older adults (65+) with addictions issues or mental illness. The COSS team will meet with the senior in crisis within 24-48 hours, either in their home or in their local community. Short-term crisis response is available 365 days a year from 9am to 5pm. 

    The Mental Health and Justice Short-Term Crisis Bed program provides 15-30 day stays to people with serious mental illness. Eligible participants are also involved with the judicial system and are currently in crisis. This program serves the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

  • Reconnect's FAME Family and Caregiver Support Services - Youth:

    It offers counselling services to children (13-17) who have a family member experiencing a mental health concern. Services include virtual and in-person peer support groups, as well as one-on-one counselling.

    The Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) Case Management Program provides community-based support for young people living with mental illness and addictions challenges, including those transitioning between the youth and adult mental health systems.
